There are lots of people photos for March 4 including the Mardi Gras Parade in 2014, a ball game in 2015 and a party in 2017. Of course, there are a few nature shots as well. I guess some of you will know the people in the photos.
Last year, we arrived home from Florida in the wee hours of March 4. We were supposed to be on a transatlantic cruise from Fort Lauderdale to Barcelona, then spend a few days in Spain before going to Portugal for a few weeks. Of course, Covid 19 stopped those plans. There were cruise ships stuck at sea with hundreds of cases. We opted to cancel the trip and return home where it was safe. There were only a few cases in the US when we left, now after a year, there are more than 28 million and we are spending the winter in Canada. Hopefully, this time next year, things will be somewhat back to normal!
