After photographing many of the streets and whatever attracted my attention as I walked, I decided to walk along the old fort walls. There were hardly any people there but I did see a guy fishing and a gentleman taking photos. I don't know for certain, but I think he was photographing one or both of the cruise ships in the harbour.

Again, thanks to those of you who have let me know that you are enjoying the photos of Villefranche. I spent nearly 5 hours walking around the old town and made around 500 photographs before returning to the Liberty of the Seas. I've just checked and I have enough photos to share 16 images for each of the next 7 days. After that I will start sharing images of our third destination - Florence, Italy.

Interesting seaside town. I like the pic of the church, and found the path by the wall reminiscent of the path around Signal Hill in St. John's which has no lanterns to light the way.
