Florence, Italy 12

A large statue of Dante stand just outside the Basilica di Santa Croce in Florence Italy. This beautiful church is the burial place of some of Italy's famous citizens including: Michelangelo, Galileo, Machiavelli, and Rossini. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to go inside the church, but I did manage to photograph most of the art on its facade while waiting for the rest of our group. Enjoy today's images!
