Many of you will remember that last summer about 15 sunflowers sprouted in my vegetable gardens. I let them grow and really enjoyed them even though I didn't plant any. I assume the birds "hid" the seeds in my gardens and I was glad they did.
Last fall, I dug a new garden just for sunflowers and I planted a few seeds inside a week ago and they are now sprouting. I will transplant them when it warms up! :)
