Art, Halifax


I would like to inform you that in yesterday's Photo of the Day I wrote that the Hydro plant burns Bunker Sea instead of Bunker C. I didn't mean to misinform anyone about the type of oil they burn at the plant. Sending these too early in the morning!!

Today I am sharing two photographs I took in Halifax last summer. The first was a poster that was advertising a Great Big Sea CD.

The second was actually a large mural painted on the side of a theatre. As walk around cities, I look for interesting art to photograph. I have a Gallery of Art Photos from Calgary at:

I had looked at this previously, but still cool to see what is in our fair city!
Enjoyed the ones of St. Joseph's Church...sadly a lot of the older churches are a thing of the past now. There is just something about stained glass windows! :)
