Active People 3

Today's photos were taken on beaches around Newfoundland and Labrador.  We have a short summer in this part of the world, but that doesn't stop people from relaxing on beaches on hot, summer days.  Photos today were taken in Holyrood, Witless Bay, Salmon Cove, Northern Bay and the Arches.

Several photos show people in the cold ocean on the Sandy Beach in Salmon Cove.  A crashing wave cools off people trying to get around the rocks on Northern Bay Sands Beach.  Kids play and run on various beaches and a couple explores the beach in a cave at The Arches Provincial Park on the Northern Peninsula.


Not only is getting outside good exercise for the body, it is also refreshing for the soul.  It certainly does a person good to get out and be active and the photos I am sharing in this series illustrate this obvious fact!  Check 15 photos on my Blog today.
