Earlier this year I shared photos of the vegetables growing in my garden. The spinach and peas are harvested and frozen, and the lettuce is gone for the year. We've been eating carrots and potatoes for a while.
Yesterday I harvested a row of red potatoes, washed, then cooked some of them. Of course, they are delicious. No chemicals or pesticides were used on the garden.
