Quidi Vidi Village is part of St. John's and I have photographed it numerous times since moving to the east coast in 1981. While I lived in Pleasantville for 14 months (1981 - 1982), I often walked to the "Gut", as it is affectionately known, to make photographs. Today's photos were taken in 2003.The village has changed a lot since the early 80s: more development, more houses, more traffic and less parking. Even though, it is still worth a stop to capture photos, and I still try to get there fairly often.
