Unidentified Church - Old Rome

Unidentified Church - Old Rome

We walked across the bridge over the Tiber River to Old Rome then onto a side road that looked interesting. Not too far up that road we came across a church which was open and entered to find yet another beautiful building. I couldn't find a name for this church and can't identify it from descriptions on line. Sorry.

Like the others I've shared images of, this church was very ornate with lots of art including a large wooden statue of Jesus carrying a cross. This church has rounded arches and large domes, typical of Romanesque style of architecture. Since this church is located in Old Rome, it is probably close to 750 years old, like many other churches in that area.
