In the first photo you can see the water bubbling around the three ice balls. In fact the smaller one on the left is partially obscured by the rushing water. I cropped a closer image to show the interesting designs created by the light passing through the ice.
I took ten photos of these ice formations and each is different because the water was in constant motion.
