Cape St. Mary's 4, 2002

Cape St. Mary's 4, 2002

In 2002, I visited Cape St. Mary's, located on the Cape Shore on the southwest Avalon.

This is the fourth day of this series and I haven't really showed photos of the birds that make this place so amazing.  When you get to Bird Rock you are overlooking the nesting sites of thousands of northern gannets.  There are also thousands of other species of birds nesting on the other cliffs in the area.

If you would like more information about this amazing place , go to http://www.flr.gov.nl.ca/natural_areas/wer/r_csme/

Comments are welcome!
