Blue-winged Teal
It is always exciting when I photograph a "new" species of bird that I had never seen before and when I spotted a few small ducks in a small pond, I just had to make a few photos before they flew away. At first, I thought they were ring-necked ducks, but when I looked more closely I realized they were a new species for me.
