Holyrood 13

Holyrood 13

George Cove Mountain overlooks Holyrood Harbour and I have photographed it many times.  Interestingly, the shape of the mountain changes as you move around the harbour.  This morning I have included 21 photos (a few of which date back to 1983) of the mountain in different seasons and in different types of weather.

If you are visiting this area of the province and would like to get a great view of the town and harbour, there is a trail to the top.  It is a steep climb but it shouldn't take longer than 10 minutes.  There are benches on the trail where you can catch your breath if necessary.  The view is certainly worth the short hike!!

Feel free to share today's photos with family and friends.
