The peregrine falcon shown in today's photos was a resident of the Salmonier Nature Park when I visited it a couple of years ago. I shot through a net that covered the enclosure and was lucky to get as good a detail as is shown in these images.
These birds are known for their speed while in flight and I imagine it is beautiful to watch in the wild.
