With temperatures in the mid 20s (it was 26°C - 84°F yesterday) and no wind, we are getting a feeling for what it could be like here with warm temperatures. Leaves on the trees in my yard are just bursting forth. It is truly amazing to watch.
This morning I chose to share what a nice day in summer looks like on the Avalon Peninsula. The photos were taken in the summer of 2004. People were boating in Chapels Cove, a small community not far from my home town of Holyrood.
