This morning, I am sharing photos of an immature white ibis. I spotted two birds preening themselves near a pond so I slowly moved toward them in my golf cart. I stopped when they began to notice me. I shot a sequence of photos before the birds finally tired of me. The adult is pure white with a red beak. The immature ibis looks very different.
