Low Point

I first visited Low Point in 2003, then again in 2014.  The first 4 photos in my Blog today were from 2003.  You can see how the houses have changed in 11 years.  I recently saw a photo from the community and it seems as though the houses have been abandoned.  I am not certain of this.
