Northern Cardinals

When most people think of northern cardinals, they usually think of the bright red male, however, the female, though not as brightly coloured, is still a beautiful bird and worth photographing.  Northern cardinals have been sighted in Newfoundland over the past couple of years, however, they are not common here yet.  These photos were taken in Florida.
