The Tablelands






The Tablelands

The scenic tablelands are located in Gros Morne National Park and I have photographed them several times.  Today's photos were taken in the early morning light during a trip there in 2006. 

 These mountains have very little growing on them and they show parts of the Earth's mantle that have worked their way to the surface.
