Burin Peninsula 8

It was interesting that, after making photos of a windmill farm in St. Lawrence we soon came to a Hydro Plant in Lawn.  Here were two communities less than 15 km (10 miles) apart, both of which were producing clean electricity. 

The waterfall in the first photo was part of the river that was generating electricity. As in other communities on the Burin Peninsula, there weren't many "old" buildings to photograph, but I spotted this one on the shoreline.  I think capelin were close to the beach because several people gathered around and it looked like they were trying to catch something.
