Earlier this week I sent photos of the calm water in Red Bay, Labrador and several people commented that we don't get many days with little or no wind. Those people were correct, but occasionally, we get days when the ocean is perfectly smooth.
Today's photos were taken in Long Beach in Trinity Bay in early June, 2005. If you are travelling in that area this summer, I'd recommend a drive to Hodge's Cove and the other communities on that road.
