The first photo this morning was taken on the Cape Shore highway on the Southern Avalon Peninsula between Placentia and St. Bride's. If you have visited Cape St. Mary's, you have driven by these trees which have been beaten by the winds and salt spray. I like the shapes created by the branches of this tree.
The second image was created from the first photo. One of my software programs allows me to create the charcoal effect which added textures to the shapes in the final image.
