I hope everyone had a happy and safe Halloween.
Today I am going back to the 17th century at Port Royal Habitation and sending photos of wooden shoes that were made from local trees at the time.
We certainly take things for granted in the 21st century. I can't imagine having to cut a tree, then make shoes that would fit, especially considering that I am one of Canada's "worse" handymen.
