Red Bay

Today I am starting a new series of photos from my photo trip to Red Bay, Labrador in July, 2004.  For those of you who were on my Photo of the Day list back then, some of the images may be repeats, but back then I was uploading only one photo each day so I am certain you didn’t see most of the images I will share over the next couple of days.


I arrived in Red Bay in the late evening and by the time I checked into my hotel and ate dinner, it was getting dark.  That night I photographed a display of the northern lights, then arose before sunrise to photograph the community in the early morning light.
