The photos I showed yesterday were taken in the summer of 1999.  Today's photos were taken in mid-February in 2004.  As you can see, it looks very different.  What you can't see if the COLD temperature.  It was extremely cold and windy that day, but since I had driven nearly 3 hours to get there, I had to take as many pictures as I could.

Old Bonaventure

Today I am starting a new series in which I will share photos of Old, Bonaventure in Trinity Bay.  I photographed the community in 1999 and just recently scanned the slides I took that day.   To date,  I only have 10 photos from that day.  Tomorrow I will share photos taken in the winter of 2004.

This is the last of my Little Harbour East Series in which I have shared photos taken in the summer of 1999. 


I have been there at least once since then and shot digital photos.  I did share them for 6 days on my blog in June 2018

Yesterday, Gmail rejected a dozen or so emails.  I give up on them.  I will continue with the present format because most of you are receiving my photos.

Little Harbour East is located in Placentia Bay on the Avalon Peninsula. 

 Some of the fishing stages I photographed in 1999 look like they were in pretty bad shape.  I wonder if they are still there.

Yesterday, several emails were rejected by Gmail.  I haven't changed anything in the format, other than sharing 2 photos, which I have been doing for a while.

Little Harbour East is located in Placentia Bay on the Avalon Peninsula.
