Classic Cars

Classic Cars

For a couple of years, the administrator of a Minimalist Facebook Page and I played a game  - I would put up photos of old cars and he would try to match my photo with one of his. I would show different parts of cars such as hood ornaments, lights, wheels, etc., and decided to add the photos I shared with him to my Classic Cars 11 Facebook Album. If you like these photos you can find the rest here - https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10163583557075329&type=3

Classic Cars

Classic Cars

Over the last month or so, I have photographed several old cars as I travelled around the province. I particularly liked the old police car and the green Chevelle convertible. I will finish adding to this album later (Classic Cars 10) today and you can view it here - https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10163432211425329&type=3

Classic Cars

Classic Cars

Last evening, I started a NEW Classic Cars Album featuring photos of old cars that I took this summer. I enjoy seeing cars, many of which were common when I grew up in the 50s and 60s. I started with 2 cars that I photographed in Placentia in mid-July.

You can follow my Classic Cars 10 album here - https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10163432211425329&type=3

If you would like to view the other 9 albums, send me a message on Facebook and I'll share links with you.

Classic Cars

Classic Cars

If you follow my Facebook, you will know that I enjoy photographing old cars, and while in Cuba, I was able to photograph many cars from the 50s and 60s. I find them interesting because they are the cars I saw as I grew up and they bring back positive memories. These old cars are not what you would call "mint classic cars" because they have been rebuilt with whatever parts people could find. However many of them look pretty good and you will get an idea of the vehicles that are driving around the streets. I am presently adding photos to my Classic Cars 8 - Cuba Album and you can follow it here -  https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10162383195720329&type=3.

I usually stop adding to albums after 100 photos, however, Since I only have a few more to add, I will go beyond that number.
