There was a cabin on the Witless Bay Line called Abb's Place - The Lookout that used to get covered with snow nearly every winter. I stopped to photograph it several times and featured the pictures in a new album called Abb's Place. One spring, I stopped to take a picture and a man came out and called me in. We spoke for a while and I took a few photos as he told me that even though it was covered in snow, he hardly ever had any damage. I don't think I ever saw him there after our conversation.
