Cape Anguille Lighthouse












Cape Anguille Lighthouse

 In 2012, I stayed in the Cape Anguille Lighthouse for a night.  We were treated to a beautiful sunset and I took several photos as the sun was dipping lower in the sky until it sank below the horizon.  It was a beautiful evening!

Parson's Pond - Doors










Parson's Pond - Doors

Even though it was very dulI when I visited Parson's Pond in 2010, I photographed the boats and stages in the harbour.  Today, I am sharing photos of the doors that stood out as I photographed the old stages.

Oia, Santorini








Oia, Santorini

One of our stops on a Greek Island Cruise was Santorini and today I am sharing a few photos from Oia, a town perched atop the caldera of a  very large volcano.  It is amazing that anyone decided to settle there, let alone build on the steep cliffs of the caldera.

Deer Lake Sunrise

When friends lived in Deer Lake, we visited often and on many mornings before daylight, I would get up and look for photos.  One morning in 2006, I stopped near the bridge over the Humber River and photographed the sun rising through thick fog.
