Today, I am highlighting my Long Point Lighthouse Facebook Album. This is the tourist season in Twillingate and, if you go there, you may want to check out this lighthouse. The dandelions are just about done for this year. It is only the past few warm days that I have seen many insects on the colourful blooms. Ants, honeybees, bumble bees and several other species of insects have been feeding on the flowers. I have been to Dubrovnik twice and have started to share the pictures I took there! The first time we were part of a tour group and our guide talked about the history, customs, and people. I followed the group and took pictures along the way. Southwest Florida is the only place I have seen sandhill cranes, and I photographed every one I could. I took many photos while sitting patiently in a golf cart. It was like living in a wildlife reserve! They are beautiful birds and I could get close views with my zoom lens. I have provided links to my 2 Facebook Albums below:
