This morning I started my second Boats- Names album in which I will share boats with names on them. The previous album has 100 photos and I am starting this album with 6. I included the one named Richards because my brother Rick also takes similar photos and I hope he starts an album showing his photos. :)

You may have noticed that my series of recent NEW albums are coming from the Buring Peninsula, Alll the photos were taken on a Man's trip with my Dad and two brothers. We spent two days, both of which were dull and foggy, visiting and photographing communities there, Generally, my dad would drive along behind us as we spent out time walking and taking lots of pictures.

Harbour Mille

Harbour Mille

It was a dull, foggy day when I drove into Harbour Mille, located on the Burin Peninsula in Fortune Bay. It didn't stop me from taking lots of pictures of the tiny community and I will be adding them to my New album over the next several days. As you can see from these photos, most of the houses are white, but there were a few colourful ones there as well.

Boats

Today, I started my 5th album featuring photos of Small Boats on Land. The photos were taken on my travels around the province over the years. Once someone asked how many photos of boats I needed, and I said that I take all that interest me - which is a lot! I'll be adding to this album for a while.

Red Harbour

It was a foggy and dull day when we drove around the Burin Peninsula - so foggy that we could hardly see houses along the highway in some communities. You can see in the photos I am sharing today that the fog had lifted a bit. At least we could see across the harbour!

Grand Canal

Grand Canal

Today, I started a new album on my Travel Page in which I will share photos taken along the Grand Canal in Venice, Italy. It is undoubtedly the largest canal in the city and it is quite busy with water taxis, water buses, gondolas, and private boats.
