As most visitors gathered inside the King's Garrison, I went outside and photographed the band and soldiers as they prepared to march into the garrison square.

There were two soldiers demonstrating how to load and shoot a musket from the 18th Century.  One explained in French, the other in English.  I photographed both of them, however, the background was much better for the French group than the other. I actually photographed the soldier in the English group as he shot the musket because the lighting was better.
