Hawke Hills 3







Despite the harsh climate in the Hawke Hills, there are many varieties of wild flowers growing among the glacial boulders.

I spotted a single pink lady's slipper growing alongside the trail and was surprised to find one growing in such an exposed area. I took several photos of this interesting plant. The three views give you an idea of what it is like.
