Gray Catbirds

Gray Catbirds

I have stayed in Citrus Park, Florida several times and have been able to capture a few images of gray catbirds.  Usually, I walk 4 miles (6 k) every morning and always take my camera.  The catbirds shown here were taken the same morning.  I was sure they were posing for me.  Normally, they fly away, but they stayed around for quite a while.

I have Facebook and Google Albums with more photos.  If you don't use Facebook, the Google link should work for you.

The snowy egret is a beautiful bird that I have photographed many times in Florida.  As you can see, it a white bird with a black beak and black legs with yellow feet.   If interested you can view my albums online.  If you don't use Facebook, the Google link should work for you.

Blue-gray Gnatcatcher

Blue-gray Gnatcatcher

The blue-gray gnatcatcher is a tiny bird that is hard to photograph because they don't stay still very long.

These birds hunt for tiny insects and I was lucky to capture a few shots!
