During the summer months visitors and residents of Holyrood can see lots of boats in the harbour.
In the first photo, two sail boats pass a small fishing boat. And in the second, you can see a sail boat, a speedboat and three boats in between. Both photos were taken in July of 2006 during the squid fishery. The boats in the middle appeared to be fishing, while the others were "on the bay" for pleasure.
Many people stop and watch the boats in Holyrood Harbour, especially on a nice day.
