The waves at Cape Spear are both beautiful and dangerous. Beautiful, because the most easterly part of North America juts into the Atlantic Ocean and waves break against the cliffs nearly every day. Dangerous, because people who have ventured too near the cliffs have been washed away by the waves. Last year 2 or 3 people died because of the waves at Cape Spear.
The golden light of early morning created interesting lighting on the waves as they broke against the shore. I have chosen another series of seascape photos for tomorrow.
