Bay de Verde
Bay de Verde is located in Conception Bay, approximately 2 hours drive from St. John's. This scenic fishing community still has a viable fish plant and appears to be fairly prosperous.
I recommend a visit to this community if you are driving along the Baccalieu Trail on the northwest portion of the Avalon Peninsula.
Today's photos were taken in the summer of 2003. There are 19 additional photos in my Bay de Verde Gallery - http://www.lanephotography.com/cbn/baie_de_verde/baie_de_verde.htm
