I have been observing and photographic mushrooms for years and am still amazed at the variety and number of different species that grow around here. I have no idea of the species shown, but there are quite a few "cup-like" mushrooms on line. Once again this morning, you can see that mushrooms of the same species look quite different.
The third image is a combination of two photos. I thought of adding the little "forest dweller" to show you what can be done if you know how to do a few simple things in a photo manipulation program.

hi bruce....just had to comment on the mushrooms pictures of the last 2 days...it reminded me of hiking in the mountains...and so often you would see mushrooms on the forest "floor"...and so many differnt kinds....thanks :)
