I stopped my vehicle when I saw a hen and rooster underneath a full clothesline. I felt it said something about our outport culture. Chickens for eggs and/or meat, a clothesline instead of a dryer, and the scattered houses all show a little of outport life back in 2002.
Those of you who have neem following me for a while know that I photograph clotheslines often and have a couple of albums on Facebook.
