Fox Harbour

Fox Harbour

 I recently scanned this photo of Fox Harbour, Placentia Bay.  To be honest, the photo may be from Ship Cove and I would like to know for certain.  The photo was taken in 2000 and I liked the freshly painted two-story fishing stage (sometimes called a store). 

 I am still amazed that they build these structures on wooden pillars and they last for years.  I don't think they get much sea ice, but this large structure still looks unstable to me.  It looks like a big wave could knock it over.
