Kestral & Peregrine Falcon








Kestral & Peregrine Falcon

Kestrals are small falcons and live around Newfoundland and Labrador. The peregrine falcon is a much bigger bird which also lives in our province. I photographed both of these birds during a trip to the Salmonier Nature Park in September, 2006, which was great because I've never seen either of these birds in the wild around here.
