Chuckley Pear

Chuckley Pear, Holyrood, June 14, 2003

Chuckley Pears are fairly plentiful around my property in Holyrood. They flower around mid-June and produce fruit in late August - early September. The fruit is edible, but the birds get them around here. I have never harvested the berries.

I do have a Facebook album of photos showing flowers, fruit and fall colours.

Feel free to share with family and friends.
