As you view the photos in this series, keep in mind that everything shown has been build and recreated from the ruins of the community.  There was nothing left standing when the British defeated the French back in the 18th century.

I was moving to another building when I realized there was a photo op and went to the guardhouse where there was a demonstration of loading and shooting muskets.  You can see the "soldiers" dressed in traditional dress from the time.
