The lighthouse in Heart's Content stands atop a granite cliff overlooking Trinity Bay. I like the paint job on this lighthouse - sort of like an old-fashioned barber pole. When I took these photos, there were no other visitors - quite a comparison to the hundreds that visit Peggy's Cove every day during the summer. If you are travelling in the Trinity Bay South area, I suggest you add Heart's Content lighthouse to your list of places to see and photograph.
