Low Point
Low Point is located in Conception Bay North.


Low Point is a tiny community with few houses.  In 2014, I visited the community for the second time and made photos of most of them. When I looked back at the photos I took in 2003, I realized that I had photographed the same houses.  Today you can compare the photos to see changes in 11 years.
