Chipmunk













Chipmunk

Chipmunks tend to show up here in early spring and summer, stay around for a few days, then disappear.  They are cute little animals that were introduced to the Avalon Peninsula in the mid-60s.  I have been photographing them near my home in Holyrood since the mid-80s.  Many people are not aware that we do have chipmunks on the island of Newfoundland.
