Winter 2

Winter 2

We are having our third snow storm in 5 days and this one is going to last a while.  It looks like we will have a white Christmas this year.  We have had more than a foot of snow (30 cm) and today we had snow squalls with high winds.  Sort of strange really; sunny one minute and a blizzard the next.

We lost power for a couple of hours but the dedicated workers of NF Power got our power back.  They were outside on such a cold and windy day and deserve credit.  There were crews on the west coast dealing with issues as well, and the weather was even worse out there.

The winter scenes were taken yesterday when we had a few hours break between storms, and the worker images are from this afternoon.
