Thanks for the comments on yesterday's photos of our first snowfall and especially all those who liked the colourful birdhouse. A guy in this area makes and sells them at a local flower/plant nursery. My wife purchased one this summer and it attracts a lot of attention from visitors, but to date I haven't see a bird near it. :)

This morning I chose several photos of a beautiful summer sunset with amazing colours. These are very "peaceful" scenes and I encourage those of you with cameras to get out and photograph sunsets (and sunrises) because if you feel a sense of peace from looking at the images, imagine what you would feel if you observed it first hand.
