I have seen lions at the Naples Zoo and the Calgary Zoo. The first three photos were taken looking through a thick wire mesh enclosure at the Naples Zoo. The male lion shown in the close views died several years ago. The other photos were taken at the Calgary Zoo and I watched as one lion got up and approached another who wasn't too happy about it.
